Our Central Education Team

Our MAT has prioritised the formation of a Central Education Team, who provide our schools with support and expertise in Teaching and Learning, Professional Learning, Data and Assessment, Inclusion and Safeguarding.

 

The role of the Central Education Team is to raise performance of the best schools, whilst narrowing the gap between the highest and worst performing schools: ‘upwards convergence’.

To achieve this, the CET has two functions:

Support Now (reducing disparity) - take immediate actions and steps where practices are identified as being below an acceptable standard.

Knowledge Building (growing the top)- to work with and alongside leaders to develop high quality and sustainable provision as we strive for excellence.
